Who we are

TrueThreads is a garment manufacturer based at Plot No. 4, Street # 05, Daska Road, Sialkot, Pakistan (SCCI Membership A-100461, NTN J204188-5). For any privacy question, email sales@truethreadspk.com.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive the details you enter:

• Your name, email address, brand name, destination country and (optionally) WhatsApp number
• Your product category, quantity, tech-pack status, project brief and any file you attach
• The campaign that brought you to our site (UTM tags or Google Ads click ID), if present

How we use it

Only to prepare and send your quote, answer your questions and manage any order you place with us. We never sell your information, and your designs and tech packs are kept confidential and used only to produce your samples and garments.

Who processes it

• Our email delivery provider (Resend), which transmits your request to our sales inbox
• Our website hosting provider (Vercel), which runs this site
• Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you (no personal data is stored)
• Google Analytics / Google Ads — only if you accept analytics cookies

Cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you choose “Essential only”, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep business records of quotes and orders. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing sales@truethreadspk.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
