Who we work with

TrueThreads was established in 2026 by Muhammad Saad Azfar to give emerging clothing brands direct access to a production floor, without brokers or trading companies in between. You deal with the people who cut and sew your garments.

We are built for brand founders launching a first collection, labels moving on from print-on-demand blanks to custom cut-and-sew, and growing brands that need consistent repeat production from 50 to several thousand units. Production is OEM and private-label only; we do not sell garments to the public.

How an order works

  1. Quote within 24 hours. Send a tech pack, sketch or reference photos; we confirm fabric options and unit cost.
  2. Physical sample in 7–10 days. Cut, sewn and branded in our factory, then couriered via DHL Express.
  3. Sample approval. You check fit, fabric and print; we adjust the pattern if needed.
  4. Bulk production in 25–35 days with three quality-control stages: fabric inspection, inline audit and a 100% final audit.
  5. Export and delivery on FOB, CIF or door-to-door terms, with commercial invoice, packing list and origin documents.
